Starting out in customer service taught me the value of listening deeply and solving problems in real time.
That hands-on experience laid the foundation for my move into operations and technology, where I could design systems rather than just navigate them.
From there, program and product management felt like a natural fit.
It allowed me to lean into strategic orchestration, drive innovation, and lead transformational change across the organization.
Each role added new perspective...
And sharpened my ability to connect the dots.
I developed a systems-level understanding of how businesses operate, evolve, and scale.
That systems thinking now informs my work as a business consultant, where I partner with founders to lay the groundwork for sustainable growth, helping them clarify their vision, align operations, and build the strategies for lasting success.
Through that work, I discovered what energizes me most: building the future.
